✅ Eligible for Return:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product (if applicable)
• Missing items in the order

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened or used seeds/products
• Change of mind after delivery
• Improper storage by customer
• Products without original packaging

⏳ Return Timeframe

• You must request a return within 3 days of delivery
• After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted

✅ When Refund is Applicable:

• Return request approved
• Product not delivered
• Order cancelled before dispatch

• Refund will be processed to:
  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank account / UPI (if applicable)

⏱ Refund Timeline:

• Processed within 5–7 working days after approval

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product):
  👉 Return shipping will be FREE
• If return is requested for other valid reasons:
  👉 Customer may bear shipping charges
