About Antracol Fungicide
- Antracol Fungicide is formulated with Propineb.
- Antracol technical name – Propineb 70% WP
- It is recognized for its wide-ranging efficacy in combating diseases that affect crops such as rice, chilli, grapes, potatoes, and a variety of other vegetables and fruits.
- Propineb is a polymeric zinc-containing dithiocarbamate. Due to the release of zinc, the application of Antracol results in greening effect on the crop.
- Antracol Fungicide helps to improve the quality of produce.
Antracol Fungicide Technical Details
- Technical Content: Propineb 70% WP
- Mode of Entry: Contact
- Mode of Action: Propineb interferes at different locations in the metabolism of the fungi; on several points of the respiration chain, in the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins, in the cell membranes. This multi-site mode of action of Propineb prevents development of resistance in the fungi.
